We had the chance to stop by Guerrero Gallery and get some preview pictures of Remio‘s “Man in transition” solo exhibition and Tim Diet’s “This is me” body of new work. Guerrero gallery brings together 2 artists both with a solid foundation in graffiti and the streets. Real street artists who have made their tags and names known around the world for awhile now. Although both artists are established graffiti artists both have moved into a new era of their career. Both exhibits showcase traces of their past yet allude to a deeper and wider range of work. Working from installation, sculpture, and painting each artist is able to utilize these new mediums to create a transitioning body of work that establishes both as contemporaries to watch. Anyone that is in San Francisco we recommend that you donot miss this opening Feb 2nd.
