Cityleaks 2013 kicked off this year’s art festival with Maya Hayuk. They released this video if her mural installation and follow up exhibition. Maya is an American artist who has made a name for herself painting with a colorful and abstract style. We enjoyed the video as the artist explains and gives some insight into her work.

The American artist Maya Hayuk kicked off CityLeaks Urban Art Festival 2013 with an exciting solo show and a massive mural painting near Cologne’s Neumarkt. The solo show took place at ArtyFarty Gallery Cologne. CityLeaks is proud to have presented one of the worlds finest muralists and great personality of Maya Hayuk as the festivals opener during the CityLeaks Preview in june 2013. We thank Maya for the beautiful artwork she left in Cologne´s city centre and for the love she spread while she was among us!
