In 2011 Carrack Modern Art and The Hip Hop Theater Festival, friends and fam rallied around a Kickstarter project for my exhibitions ‘Structural Interventions” at the Carrack Modern Art in Durham NC and at The Co11ective for Art Basel Miami. While in Durham John Wendelbo and I combined our styles to create the single edition painting for our sponsors. The large wood panels were then cut up in sections for distribution.
The painting turned out good but the end result was a whole new alchemy altogether. Now I have to intend to paint like this.
