Here are some pictures from the opening of BARTOSZ “Pener” ŚWIĄTECKI’s solo show at Galeria Koloru. A very impressive group of work. We were able to view some sneak images before the opening and we knew this would be a great show. Pener’s canvas work was very heavy in texture and color. Deep palletes cut cold with his signature deconstructionist elements. Freezing the natural elements of his work in space and line Pener did a nice job balancing the two. I wasn’t expecting the installation style hanging of the work. Using monochromatic grays, black and white Pener encapsulated the gallery in a Insitu sculptural and painted installation. Framing the work within its constraints, but perfectly contrasting the color with the muted palette. Amazing job Pener.
